My Hero Dolls Join Walmart: MY HERO’s Journey to Wally World

In August, we began exploring how to get MY HERO into the Naval Exchange. After researching their process, we discovered they require vendors to apply through a platform called RangeMe, a site used by major retailers to scout new products. While we created a basic account, we quickly realized the Naval Exchange application required a premium account costing over $1,500—a significant investment for our growing business. Determined to find another way, we got creative and connected with a wonderful buyer named Marti at the Naval Exchange. She loved our product, and we were excited to begin negotiations. While we’re still waiting to hear back, it’s encouraging to see MY HERO classified as “Navy Pride”—an amazing recognition of what our product represents.

In the meantime, we began seeing interest from Walmart through our RangeMe account. The platform allows vendors to track who’s viewing their products, and we noticed Walmart checking us out repeatedly. To our excitement, we were selected for their exclusive September Drive Campaign! Out of thousands of applicants, only about 6% - 10% are approved, and we feel incredibly honored to be among them. After completing the onboarding process, MY HERO will soon be available to all Walmart+ military subscribers and on Walmart’s website. We’re thrilled to join the Walmart family and bring MY HERO to even more families nationwide!
