Ships Separately – Your custom patch will arrive separately from your MY HERO doll. To keep prices low, we print patches in bulk. This means we print twice weekly.

For Best Results – Your image should have 300 DPI. If needed, use an image upscaler like Upscale.Media to enhance your image quality.

Instructions – Custom Patches - Design Your Own High-Quality Vinyl
Step 1: Choose Your Patch Shape
Select either a circle (1" diameter) or rectangle (1" x 0.75") patch.
Step 2: Prepare Your Image
Upload a high-quality image of your hero’s actual patch or design your own.
Make sure the image covers the entire patch area to avoid blank spots.
Check Your Image Quality:
✔️ Use the DPI Checker: Check DPI Here.
✔️ Your image should have 300 DPI for the best results.
✔️ If your image is low quality, enhance it using an upscaler like Upscale.Media.
Step 3: Upload & Customize
Upload your image through our website’s patch creation tool.
Adjust positioning, scale, and design if needed.
Ensure your design fills the entire patch area.
Step 4: Place Your Order
Add your first patch ($14.99) to the cart.
If you’d like more, additional patches are just $1.99 each! Discount applied automatically at checkout.
📦 Your patch will be printed in bulk for affordability and shipped separately from your MY HERO doll.
Step 5: Receive & Apply Your Patch
✔️ Your custom patch will be made using a high-quality vinyl sticker adhered to a PVC patch with Velcro backing.
✔️ Once received,Simply peel the sticker and apply to the included PVC patch. That's it. You created your Hero's actual Patch.
