Our Inspiration
The idea for the MY HERO Doll came from our own experience as a military family. In 2020, I deployed on the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) shortly after the birth of our son Mason. To stay connected, we used recordable storybooks so Mason could hear my voice every night.
When I returned, Mason immediately recognized my voice and ran into my arms. That unforgettable moment inspired us to create the MY HERO Doll, so other military families could experience similar moments of connection during deployments.
